Gratitude!

We live in such a fast-paced society…

2020 has slowed us down and has given me a new appreciation again about what is really important in our lives. I am so thankful for what we have, despite how imperfect our lives sometimes feel. Feeling and expressing thankfulness and appreciation anchors us to the present moment.

Gratitude for me is a moral virtue. It is embedded in us, as a part of our character and will increase our happiness and well-being over the long term, even in the most difficult circumstances.
