5. Returns and Refunds

1. Claudia’s personal goal is that you are 100% satisfied with your new artwork and she guarantees that you will be.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to work with you to arrange for a return. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. 

2. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process a refund using the original payment method. 

3. Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Privacy and Data Security
